Message from Aura

After Sheltering In Place for many months and using that time to methodically and thoroughly develop and implement safety protocols, and acquire PPE, Aura is ready to reopen.

We at Aura have accumulated fat, wrinkles, and roots. However, you won't be able to tell as we will be fully decked out in PPE! For the time being we will be only offering Botox and Fillers. Laser treatments are postponed indefinitely.

Patient/Staff safety is our utmost priority at Aura. We are following CDC, and SCC Public Health Protocols to mitigate the risk as much as possible of contracting Covid 19. We have to assume that everyone has the potential of being an asymptomatic carrier. As a result we have instituted the following protocols:

Please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell, have traveled overseas or interstate in the last fourteen days, or have come in contact with someone who is unwell and/or has tested positive for Covid 19.

The front door will be kept locked to facilitate social distancing by limiting the number of people in the office at any one time. We will be screening your symptoms prior to your appointment, as well as prior to entry of Aura. Your temperature will be taken with a touchless thermometer. Please don't take any fever reducing medications prior to your appointment, i.e., aspirin, Tylenol. If your temperature is greater than 99.9, we will reschedule your appointment.

When you arrive in the parking lot, please call to let us know you are here, and we will let you know when you can come on up. Please come to your appointment without makeup.

Hands to be sanitized upon entry.

Masks are mandatory for entrance. As PPE supplies are limited, we will not be able to supply that for you at the present time. We kindly request that talking be kept to a minimum during your treatment, particularly if removing your mask is necessary for your treatment.

You must come alone to your appt. As much as we love your friends, children, and pets, we cannot accommodate them at this time. We have implemented cleaning/disinfecting policies above and beyond our usual meticulous protocols. All areas of actual and potential contact will be cleaned after each client. CDC and EPA approved cleaners are being used.
